collection 01 is five objects. each one is made by hand in jingdezhen. the pastel de nata ashtray is an edition of 50. after those 50 are made, it will never be made again. the other four objects are also fixed editions. after each edition is made, that object will never be made again.

our origins
frankenchang was born from a shared obsession with objects that carry both meaning and beauty. as third culture kids raised internationally, we create pieces that feel familiar yet strange; heirlooms stitched from memory, meme, and cultural tension for a new generation of asian artistry.
we are a homeware studio for living with art, where craftsmanship meets irony and our collective heritage becomes playful again. every piece is a fragment of who we are, half serious, half surreal, always asian at heart.
each creation begins as a study of asian rituals, then we reinterpret these gestures through form, texture, and restraint.
